Randy Burke CEO, North America

Randy Burke is the founder of DCS Global Enterprise LP and the Daylight CleaningTM System. Randy's solid experience and reputation in the cleaning service industry specifically in day cleaning is second to none in the North American marketplace. For over 25 years, Randy has devoted his career to developing and improving the contract cleaning industry.
During the span of Randy's career, he has owned and operated his own janitorial contracting businesses. Prior to this, he held senior executive positions with top Canadian and International janitorial contracting companies.
Randy was also instrumental in creating three separate contract cleaning associations with the focused mission to professionalize and innovate the cleaning industry.

Randy's abilities to create and innovate traditional janitorial consulting have kept him in the forefront of this essential industry. He is a sought out popular keynote speaker and presenter at industry related conferences and panels across North America.

Jennifer Corbett-Shramo Senior Advisor

Jennifer has 24 years of experience in the janitorial industry. She served as the CEO for the largest privately held woman owned cleaning business in Southern California for over 14 years.

Her experience covers the entire spectrum of janitorial services from operational analysis to pioneering new and innovative processes in the industry. Jennifer led the greening initiatives for her former employer enabling them to be one of the first sustainable green contractors in Southern California. Her passion for developing leading edge industry best practices coupled with her drive to improve the image and quality of services make her an invaluable part of our team.

Jennifer has been recognized worldwide by the IFMA organization for her commitment to the built environment. Jennifer has twice been honored with the prestigious Fellow Award from the International Facility Management Organization and Associate Member of the Year Worldwide.

Richard Coles New York

Richard began his contract cleaning career in 1986 with National Cleaning Contractors,  as an Account Executive in New York City.  

In 1991 he joined American Building Maintenance as a Branch Manager for the New York City region. His leadership and financial acumen helped the New York region of the firm to increase revenues from $18 million to well over $350 million in annual sales.  By the year 2000 he rose to the position of Senior V.P. Regional Manager and corporate officer helping to make ABM the largest publicly traded janitorial and engineering services firm in the United States. During this time Richard oversaw the largest portfolio of Class-A properties in the company including clients such as CBRE, Cushman & Wakefield, Jones Lang LaSalle, Tishman Speyer Properties,  Hines, Viacom, IBM, The Port Authority of NY & NJ (World Trade Center complex), and Silverstein Properties; covering an area of over 110 million SF. He was successful and instrumental in acquiring and integrating the former janitorial and engineering operations of Ogden Allied Services and the entire portfolio of Tishman Speyer Properties in the north eastern United States.

In 2003, he joined Control Building Services where he held the position of Senior Executive Vice President where he reported directly to the Chairman and assisted in handling all aspects of the business.

In 2007 Richard established Foresight Advisors Group in New York.  AS CEO, Richard leads his team of professionals in providing facility maintenance and advisory services to the commercial real-estate and the large residential sectors. Foresight services a strong cliental base ranging from regional to national accounts. Adding to his scope of consultative services and blending his personal pursuits,  in 2010 Richard created The Bell Tower Group.  Bell Tower provides architectural, interior design, construction and real property advisory services for 'house faith' organizations throughout the United States.

Richard resides in the New York area

Bruce Schilling Licensed Consultant, San Francisco

Bruce has over 35 years in the janitorial supply business serving the high-rise commercial office building market as well as corporate campuses throughout California.  From 1984 through 2008 Bruce served as CEO of August Supply, Inc. 

His experience covers a broad spectrum of janitorial services from specifying products for use in LEED accreditation for buildings seeking certification to designing green cleaning processes that are in use at LEED-EB Platinum projects such as Adobe Systems, Corporate Headquarters located in San Jose, California.

Bruce is a member of BOMA San Francisco, serving as a member of the Board of Directors for its Political Action Committee (PAC), a member of BOMA Silicon Valley serving as a member of its Board of Directors.  Bruce also serves on the board of directors for BOMA California.

Neil Moffatt Vice President, Southern California Region

Neil is a seasoned professional with more than fifteen years of building maintenance and sales experience in Southern California.  He is responsible for overseeing all aspects of the company's programs for the Southwestern portfolio.  Neil and his team design and execute Sustainable Facility Care and Daylight Cleaning conversions that support clients' culture, strategic and sustainable goals.  He is extremely proud that DCS is recognized as an industry leader in sustainable solutions.  Moffatt holds a Bachelor's degree in Finance and Business Administration from Northeastern University in Boston.  Prior to joining DCS Neil was President of Nu-Flus Supply of Laguna Hills, California for over seven years; where he generated a strong client portfolio based upon excellence in customer service and comprehensive industry knowledge.  Always looking for a challenge and ways to develop his passion for business and sustainability, Neil is currently engaged in the US Green Building Council's LEED AP Certification Program.

Robin Grouette Consultant

Robin has extensive industrial cleaning and safety training.  He has worked with a broad range of companies from wood product manufacturing to chemical processing to educational facilities from across Canada and the US.  Graduating from university with a Bachelors degree in Business Administration, he brings a strong IT and process/systems analysis background to DCS Daylight Cleaning Systems Inc®.

Michelle Fontana Consultant

Michelle Fontana brings 15 years of dedicated facility support services experience from national and regional building service contractor organizations to the DCS team. She is accomplished in working with individual and cross-functional teams managing large-scale projects simultaneously and accurately from inception to completion. Michelle has a proven track record of improving efficiencies and increasing productivity through development of streamlined and dynamic documentation, sales and operational tools as well as marketing materials. Michelle's focus for DCS includes management of its CRM and LMS systems, assisting with development and design of brand messaging and communications materials, sales team support and internal process methodology. She attended Sam Houston State University in Huntsville, Texas.

Mark Fisher Licensed Consultant, North West Region

Mark has been a part of the Jan San industry for over 30 years.  He has owned and operated his own building service contracting business, and held management positions with a global manufacturing company and a national distributor.  

During his 20 year career with JohnsonDiversey, he was nominated to the Winners Circle for Achievement and awarded both the Million Dollar Ring and Shining Star.  He was also the Management Representative for the Western Advisory Board while serving as Area Vice President for ten western states.

As a consultant to the cleaning industry, he specializes in design and implementation of green cleaning programs.  These best practices have helped building owners and facility managers reduce environmental impacts, increase productivity, and drive down costs.

He is a member of BOMA, the United States Green Building Council, the Oregon Schools Facility Management Association and the International Executive Housekeepers Association.

Mark is the DCS Licensed Consultant through out the North West region of the United States.
